Giles' career in Real Estate has spanned development and brokerage with a focus on residential and urban regeneration. Prior to founding Boost Giles lived in California for sixteen years, where he started the firm Donovan Real Estate Brokerage. Projects included: ground-up development; land subdivision (both urban and suburban); renovation and repositioning urban properties; traditional brokerage.

Giles' career began in London at Capita Symonds, the multi-disciplinary Real Estate Services company, where he became Associate Director for Residential Development Management. Giles has a MSc in Real Estate from Reading University and an MA in Architectural History from the University of Edinburgh.

Since 2010 Will has specialised in multi-site acquisitions across the UK in the leisure & retail sector. Will started at Pure Gym on site 3 as acquisitions manager and worked his way up to property director before exiting in 2018 on site 200 after a successful sale of the business in 2017 to US private equity as the largest low-cost gym chain in the UK. Will ran a small but focused property team of 4 covering the UK and worked closely with the development team / finance director to ensure timely delivery of sites (circa 20 organic sites per year with a site capex of £1mn each). Afterwards Will joined start-up Gymfinity Kids to head up their site acquisitions.

Will has built strong relationships with an extensive network of agents & landlords. During this time, he has gained a substantial knowledge of the towns and cities across the UK backed up with demographic knowledge / bespoke modelling via third parties to help guide successful site selection. Looking forward Will is keen to use his last 15 years of experience in property but also expand his role to have a greater input in to the wider business.
